Meet the author! Jon Butterworth, a leading physicist at the Large Hadron Collider and Head of Physics and Astronomy at University College London, makes a special U.S. appearance with his book, providing an insider account of the inaugural experiments at CERN's Large Hadron Collider. His book, "Most Wanted Particle," shares an all-access account revealing the thrill of working on the high-stakes experiment of finding the Higgs boson and the largest science experiment of our time. Books will be for sale and the event will conclude with a book signing. Registration is not required.

Summer Baby Booktime

Newborns to walkers with parent or caregiver.
Introduce your baby to the sounds and rhythms of language using stories, music, and rhymes. Delight and stimulate your baby's senses and build a foundation for a lifelong love of books and reading. Each class will end with 1/2 hour of play featuring age-appropriate toys and time for socialization.
