Registration Procedures for Library Storytimes

There are three ways to register.  A paper registration form can be dropped off at the Youth Services desk, it can be faxed to 847-681-7027, or you can fill out and submit our online form.

Go directly to the online registration form or paper registration form for infants to 2 1/2 year olds.
Go directly to the online registration form or paper registration form for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 year olds.

A separate application is needed for each child.  Applications will be processed in the order in which they are received.  There will be no phone registration during the first week of registration.  Registered participants will be notified by postcard or phone call.  If you have not been contacted by the beginning of the storytime session it is your responsibility to contact the Youth Services Department.
