use of library bulletin board

A bulletin board is available for the display of posters and notices of noncommercial cultural or educational activities that take place within the Highland Park community.  Priority will be given to events sponsored by local community groups.  If space permits, selected listings of events by  cultural or educational institutions in Lake County and the greater Chicago area may also be exhibited.   The size of the poster and the availability of space will be the additional factors in whether an item is placed on the bulletin board.  The Executive Director will determine suitability and duration of posting.

All material for posting must be approved by the Executive Director or a designated staff member and bear the Library's stamp.

Adopted October 11, 1988
