The Library should avoid even the perception of demonstrating support, sponsorship or endorsement for any political party or candidate for elected office. The Library should not be available to any political party or candidate for the purpose of providing settings for partisan campaign materials. Furthermore, businesses or businesspersons may not use the Library for the purpose of distributing advertising or commercial materials or generating revenue.
