NORMAL TEXT is black on white.
When you select the text, it turns white on a dark background as in the sample below.
To "select" or highlight a word or group of words
1. position your cursor at 1 end of the text you wish to select.
2 press the left mouse button and hold it down.
3. Slide the mouse over the text you wish to select. The text will change color as the cursor passes over it.
SELECT THIS SENTENCE.
When selected, it will appear as white text on a dark background. To remove the highlighting, click away from the text.
To copy and paste the sentence
1. select it.
2. click on the "edit" menu at the top of the screen.
3. click on "copy". The sentence is now on your "clipboard"
3. place your cursor inside the box below and left click once.
4. click on edit at the "edit" menu at the top of the screen
5. click on "paste". The sentence should now appear in the box.
