What better place to kick-off the iRead program than the Youth Services Department with over 60,000 books to choose from? Our staff will be happy to help you choose books or you can just browse on your own. Other staff will be available for library card sign up.
Teachers from District 112 will be here reading some of their
favorite books to students.
Internationally known family entertainer Linda Gorham brings children’s stories to life with her high-spirited and innovative performances full of energy, humor, and imagination. Adults and children alike have fun participating in the show. Shows at 10:30 a.m. or 12:45 p.m.
District 112 teachers will be here to greet you and to read selections from some of their favorite books.
Students will receive 30 minutes credit on their reading logs.
