An Introduction to Electronic Circuits

Saturday, August 22, 2015 - 1:00pm to 3:00pm

Students will have a brief overview of the principles of electronic circuitry followed by hands-on experimentation with simple electronic components, such as Little Bits. No experience required.

Fall storytime registration begins today. Tales for Tots & Storytime Live classes begin in Sept. Baby Booktime & First Steps classes begin in Oct. Go to appropriate month, click on class of your choice, and register.

Storytime, Milk and Cookies at Panera

Tuesday, August 25, 2015 - 9:30am to 10:00am

Meet up at Panera in Highland Park (1853 N. 2nd St.) for a special story time, milk and cookies. Children ages 2-5, parents and caregivers are invited the 4th Tuesday of the month. Registration for children is required.

Minecraft Club

Tuesday, August 25, 2015 - 3:00pm to 5:00pm

Come play on our Minecraft server for group Minecraft games and activities. Interact with fellow players while building new worlds and trying to survive your first night out. Creepers, Golems and Spiders oh my . . . ?

Summer Baby Booktime

Friday, August 28, 2015 - 10:30am to 11:30am

Newborns to walkers with parent or caregiver.
Introduce your baby to the sounds and rhythms of language using stories, music, and rhymes. Delight and stimulate your baby's senses and build a foundation for a lifelong love of books and reading. Each class will end with 1/2 hour of play featuring age-appropriate toys and time for socialization.
