On your mark, get set, flow! Drink in the 2017 HYDRO DYNAMICS season and learn all about water – how we find, transport, use, or dispose of it. The library will be sponsoring another FLL Robotics team this Fall. We will begin establishing teams in August. Stay tuned for more information.

The library's New Media Department was created to help patrons learn how to sort through new emerging technological platforms and place them in a larger context of sensation, communication, production, and consumption.

We have added a new scanner to the Digital Media Lab. While the scanner seems low tech, once you get into the scanning rhythm you will find that you can scan about 30 slides per minute! The Jumbl scanner will also scan those odd-sized 110 and 8mm photo negatives.
Next month the library will be featuring some of the newest and most exciting technology out there today.
Attention any Highland Park resident looking to offer a group presentation at home, school or work - the library now has a projector for you to borrow!
